Is the price I see the price I pay?

Yes. The fare is fixed when you book and includes tolls, taxes and waiting time. Gratuity (you choose 15%, 20% or 25% at checkout) and any add-ons like meet & greet or child seats are added on top. Only a change you make to the route or duration changes the base fare.

How far in advance should I book?

At least 6 hours for an airport transfer, and 24 hours for hourly or point-to-point rides — online bookings can be made months in advance too. Need something sooner? Call, text, or email us.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track the flight from take-off. Your pickup time moves automatically and the first sixty minutes of waiting are included.

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Airport rides can be cancelled free up to 6 hours before pickup. Hourly and point-to-point bookings need 24 hours' notice. Fleet and event bookings have their own terms, agreed in writing.

Can someone else book for me?

Yes. Business accounts allow assistants and travel managers to book on behalf of any traveller profile, with billing routed centrally.

Which airports and private terminals do you serve?

Accepted Answer

SFO, OAK and SJC on the commercial side, and the private terminals across the Bay Area — including Signature Aviation and Kaiser Air at Oakland, and JSX departures.

Will my chauffeur meet me inside?

Accepted Answer

Your choice when you book. Curbside is the free default; in-terminal meet and greet with a name board at baggage claim is a $25 add-on that also covers luggage assistance.

How much waiting time is included?

Sixty minutes on airport pickups, measured from when the flight actually lands rather than the scheduled time. Fifteen minutes on everything else.

What if I have more luggage than the class allows?

Tell us when you book and we will size the vehicle to the bags rather than the headcount. It is usually cheaper to move up a class than to add a second car.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes. Choose rear-facing infant, forward-facing or booster when you book — $20 per seat, fitted before the car sets off.

Is there a minimum for hourly bookings?

Accepted Answer

Two hours. Within your booked hours and city the stops are unlimited, and you can extend on the day if a meeting overruns.

Do you drive outside the Bay Area?

Regularly — the Monterey Peninsula, Napa and Sonoma, Tahoe and Southern California. Long-distance routes are quoted as one fixed fare before you travel.

How do I pay?

The card on your account is charged after the ride. Business accounts are invoiced monthly instead, split by cost centre. Nothing changes hands in the car.

No — you choose no tip, 15%, 20% or 25% at checkout, added on top of the fare. 20% is pre-selected as a default.

Add the request to your booking and we will roster them where their schedule allows. Business accounts can set a standing preference per traveller.
